Branding
When I think about branding, I feel like it is important to ask myself a couple questions such as: Who am I? What do I stand for? What do I want others to see? Who do I want to be noticed by? What are my goals? What is my desired outcome?
I am Peggy Carten-Davis a realtor that started her own company (Find Your Bliss Real Estate) March of 2018 after working five years with one of the best real estate companies in the world commonly known as RE/MAX. I specialize in residential home sales, staging and first-time home buyers. I am also an affiliate realtor for Homes for Heroes which gives back 25% of my commission to military, law enforcement, fire department, EMS, nurses, and teachers as a way of saying thank you for the service these heroes provide to our communities and country. I believe strongly in educating my clients and treating each and every one of them with respect, honesty, transparency and the golden rule.
I believe every decision made should be an educated one and strive to provide honest and straight forward information to my clients 100% of the time. I will never treat my clients like a commission check waiting to happen, nor will I ever tell them whatever they want to hear just to make a sale. See I do not believe I am a salesperson, instead, I see myself as a matchmaker. Yes, a matchmaker for families and homes and once I lead my clients to the home that checks off all their must-have boxes then I become a coordinator. I coordinate the transaction and lead my client through the process all the way up to the time they receive the keys to their new home. I want my clients and community to see me as an honest, hard-working, straight forward, an expert in my field and my community. I want them to see that I care not about the commission of the sale but of the financial well-being and happiness of my clients.
I want my clients to know that they are in good hands and are working with an expert. I want them to feel peace of mind and trust throughout the process because it can and will be an emotional rollercoaster ride.
I want to be noticed by everyone in my community because I feel like it is important to stand out and shine above the competition. I want the people in my community to refer my name and company to their friends and family not because it is a well-known name or a company that has been around for 20-30 years but because they see who I am and what is important to me. I want all the military, police officers, firefighters, EMS responders, teachers, and nurses to know that I wholehearted believe in what they stand for and what they lay on the line each day they show up for work and I want them to know that I appreciate and respect their sacrifices. I want the scared, young, first-time homebuyer to know that just because they are pre-approved for a $200,000 mortgage does not necessarily mean they should buy a $200,000 home and lastly, I want my clients to feel like whatever decision they make while working with me and my company, will be an educated decision. So at the end of the day, my goal and the desired outcome would ultimately be for others to view me and my company as a name that can be trusted and refer my name to their friends and family because that is the biggest compliment that I could receive.
